Buck is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Personal Trainer, United Endurance Sports Coaching Academy Running Coach, and Gait Analyst.
He’s a former Command Fitness Leader and Navy veteran. He has over a decade of coaching experience and regularly competes in endurance sports.
Buck started Outdoor Muscle after seeing a need for specialized trianing guidance for endurance athletes and adventure seekers.
He has a passion for working with new athletes but enjoys working with all fitness levels.

What races do you support?

What is the length of customized plans?
The length of the plan is determined by your goals and schedule. With the Essential Membership you can request one plan adjustment per month or you can start a new plan once you complete your goal race.
What do I need to get started?
You will need access to a gym or home gym that includes a barbell with weights and dumbbells at a minum.
I also recommend having a heart rate monitor. A chest strap heart rate monitor is ideal, but a wrist watch heart rate monitor/watch will also work.
What if I need to cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time.
You will receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining days of the month that you canceled.
A refund will not be granted for months that have already passed, similar to any standard membership.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes!
U.S. armed forces, first responders, and teachers can receive a 10% discount on the Essential Membership.
I also offer a referral discount when you refer a friend who joins the membership.
Do you offer coaching outside of the U.S.?
Coaching is only available to those located in the U.S. at this time.
Do you offer in person coaching?
I offer limited in-person coaching slots for residents based in the Seattle/Tacoma area. In-person coaching clients pay the same monthly rate as remote clients with the option of purchasing in-person sessions as needed.
